NL6030: Black/Orange Thermoflex RFH-W Ducting/External Wear Strip

NL6030 is used in similar applications as our NL6025 RFH listed on the previous page, but this incorporates an orange, hardened external wear strip for resistance against dragging and chaffing. RFH is commonly used for aggressive air handling, drying, fume control, dust collection, small wood chips, material chuting, leaf collection, or other industrial blower/ducting applications (not for use with liquids or very abrasive materials). It is a highly flexible hose that is air tight and has a high resistance to various chemicals, ozone, UV, moisture, punctures, weathering, flexural fatigue, as well as hot and cold temperatures. Contrary to other ‘rubber’ ducting on the market, our RFH has a slightly corrugated interior thereby minimizing friction loss and material buildup.

Construction: Black, thermoplastic rubber with an integral wire helix (left hand) and an orange, hardened external wear strip.

Typical Fittings: N62/N64/N64BC N64 gear clamps, T7-200X180 duct tape; this hose is typically not used with fittings.

Temperature Range: -51°C (-60°F) to +135°C (275°F); Intermittent to +150°C (300°F)

Detail Comments: All ducting is measured when fully extended. Other sizes available upon request.
