NL5160: All Clear Smooth PVC Food Transfer Hose

NL5160 is a completely clear (has a clear helix) food transfer hose that provides maximum visual confirmation of the material being conveyed. It has a smooth wall to prevent hang-ups or material build up and the smooth exterior permits ease of clamping and can be cleaned more easily than corrugated hoses. It can be used for the suction or discharge of liquid or dry dairy products, fish, syrup, juice, wine, pellets, powder, non-abrasive granular materials, or various other food processing applications. This hose meets FDA, USDA, and 3A Sanitary Standards.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, clear PVC. Cover: Smooth, clear PVC. Reinforcement: Rigid, clear PVC helix.

Typical Fittings: Stainless Sanitary Inserts (Tri-Clamp, Acme, etc), White Poly or Stainless Camlocks (exchange food grade gasket). Crimp sleeves, bolt clamps, punch clamps.

Temperature Range: -20°C (-4°F) to +60°C (140°F)
