2408SS JIC / AN Male Tube Plug is a durable, high-performance fitting designed to seal off unused ports in hydraulic and fluid power systems. Constructed from 316 Stainless Steel for superior corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and resilience in high-temperature or harsh chemical environments. Features male JIC (Joint Industry Council) threads with a 37° tapered flare seating surface to ensure a secure, metal-to-metal, leak-proof seal when threaded into a female JIC port.  Ideal for high-pressure applications, with maximum pressure ratings of 6,000 psi and a temperature range (-165°F to 1200°F).
