NL5125: Braided PVC FDA Transfer Hose with Right Hand Helix

NL5125 is similar to other clear PVC food grade hoses but has an embedded textile reinforcement to allow it to also be used in pressure applications and to provide added integrity when flexed. Furthermore, its exterior is corrugated with an exposed helix which allows for easier drag, acts as a scuff guard, and permits wash water to flow underneath as opposed to acting as a dam. It has a smooth interior and can be used as a suction or discharge hose for bottling, wine making, canning, dairy, brewing and liquid food applications where a PVC hose is suitable. Its clear sidewall permits visual check of material flow and is manufactured with FDA compliant compounds that meet FDA and 3A non-toxic requirements.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, clear PVC. Cover: Corrugated, clear PVC with embedded textile. Reinforcement: External white PVC Helix and embedded textile reinforcement.

Typical Fittings: Stainless Sanitary Inserts (Tri-Clamp, Acme, etc), White Poly or Stainless Camlocks (exchange food grade gasket). Crimp sleeves, bolt clamps, spiral clamps, punch clamps.

Temperature Range: -25°C (-13°F) to +60°C (140°F)
